What devices are supported? +

You can use almost any modern smartphone. We require Android 7.0 or higher, or iOS 15.0 or higher. The app runs efficiently in the background without draining your battery.

How and when do I get paid? +

Rewards are credited in USD. You are earning real US Dollars, not a volatile crypto token.

Once you complete Unetwork identity verification (KYC), you can withdraw your rewards anytime at manage.unetwork.io:

Bank transfer: Direct wire, SEPA, or ACH in USD, EUR, or GBP (from $200).
PayPal (coming soon): Withdraw directly to your PayPal account, which supports transfers straight to local bank accounts in 200+ countries where PayPal operates worldwide.
Crypto wallet: Stablecoins (USDT, USDC) or crypto from just $5.

Do I need KYC? +

You can install the app and begin onboarding without KYC, but KYC is required for any withdrawal and for certain tasks, so plan to complete it early. Unetwork also requires KYC at 5 UP in rewards. Ekata Nodes does not collect this identity information — Unetwork does.

Do I need to keep the app open? +

No, the Unetwork app runs quietly in the background. Keep your phone connected to the internet, allow required permissions, avoid force-closing the app, and do not use a VPN while the app is running.

What happens if I stop running the app? +

If the app is not kept running, you may stop earning rewards. If a license stays inactive, Ekata Nodes may end the lease so it can be used by another operator. Any earned rewards remain subject to Unetwork portal withdrawal rules.

Which countries does Unetwork function in? +

Unetwork is compatible and functions in all countries, except where VoIP services are restricted or where international sanctions apply. VoIP restrictions exist in countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and China. Unetwork also cannot operate in sanctioned jurisdictions including Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and others.
