License Terms

Ekata Nodes is an independent Unetwork Node Operator. When you lease a license from us, you become a Unetwork License Operator. Ekata Nodes never charges you to lease a Unetwork License. If Unetwork introduces a future monthly activation fee, that fee would go to Unetwork and may be paid by Ekata Nodes for a license. You confirm your email with a code we send, then we issue one lease code from available inventory. The same email can receive another lease 24 hours after that code. Each code is one-time use. Claim it in the Unetwork app within 24 hours. If it is still unclaimed after that, a daily cleanup ends it and the license can be issued again, without notice to you.

As a Unetwork License Operator, you can:

• Run the Unetwork app on your Android or iOS device (must meet minimum OS version requirements)
• Keep 80% of the variable rewards generated by your license
• Choose whether to opt into optional in-app earning tasks
• Stop participating or cancel your lease at any time

You are expected to keep the Unetwork app installed, allow required permissions, keep your phone connected to the internet, avoid force-closing the app, and avoid VPN use while the app is running. You can install the app and begin onboarding without Unetwork identity verification (KYC). KYC is required at 5 UP in rewards, before any withdrawal, and for certain tasks, so plan to complete it early. Ekata Nodes does not collect this identity information — Unetwork does.

• Use Android or iOS devices that meet the minimum OS version requirements
• Do not use a VPN while the Unetwork app is running, because the app needs your real network location to verify connectivity
• Maintain a stable internet connection

• Rewards are variable and are not guaranteed
• Rewards can depend on app activity, network conditions, and optional in-app tasks you choose
• License Operators keep 80% of generated rewards; Ekata Nodes keeps 20% for license management, support, and operator administration. Existing leases maintain the share percentage recorded when the lease began.
• Rewards are denominated in USD ($1 per Unetwork Point) and are not a speculative crypto token
• Unetwork requires identity verification (KYC) at 5 UP in rewards, before any withdrawal, and for certain tasks, so plan to complete it early
• You can request withdrawals in the Unetwork portal after completing Unetwork KYC. A crypto wallet starts at $5.00 (USDC or USDT). A bank transfer starts at $200.00 (USD, EUR, or GBP). PayPal is coming soon.

You may stop participating or cancel your lease at any time. If you stop running the app, you stop earning future rewards. An unclaimed code is ended by a daily cleanup once it is more than 24 hours old. Ekata Nodes may end or reassign a lease that has been offline with no check-in for more than 30 days, so the license can be used by another operator. We end these leases without sending you an email or other notice. If you claim a license from a country where Unetwork is unavailable, Ekata Nodes may revoke it and reissue it to another operator.
