Referral Terms
Terms and conditions for the Ekata Nodes referral program.
1. Program Overview
The referral program pays you when someone you refer takes a license lease from Ekata Nodes. You take part as an independent referrer. The program does not make you an agent, a partner, or an employee of Ekata Nodes.
2. Operator Eligibility
Creating a referral code requires an active license lease from Ekata Nodes. A license lease is a 12-month lease of a Unetwork license, not a lease of a node. If that license lease lapses, new referrals pause. A vested balance remains payable.
3. Commission Calculation
On every referred lease, the ULO keeps 80% of generated rewards and Ekata Nodes receives 20%. The referrer earns 20% of what Ekata Nodes earns on that lease. Existing leases maintain the split they started with. Rewards are variable and are not guaranteed.
4. Attribution and Anti-Self-Referral
- The first well-formed referral code saved for an email is the one that counts
- A later code does not replace that first binding
- You do not earn by referring yourself
- Referral rings are not paid
5. Vesting and Payouts
Accruals show as pending until they vest. From a $5.00 vested balance, you can request the full balance to an address you provide. An operator sends USDC on Base. The app does not send the transaction.
6. Prohibited Conduct and Forfeiture
- Do not send spam
- Do not bid on Ekata Nodes or Unetwork trademarks
- Do not misrepresent the program
- Fraud forfeits unpaid referral amounts
7. Modifications and Support
Ekata Nodes may update these terms. The page shows the current version. Questions go to support@ekatanodes.com.
